A lot of care is taken during production to ensure that all the parts are present and correct and in perfect condition during the manufacturing process. If you think some parts are missing, please carefully go through the packaging to see if you can find the part you're looking for. In most cases, the missing part will soon turn up!
However in the rare event that a part is missing and cannot be found, or is damaged, please contact us using the contact form on this helpdesk or by emailing us at support@viavito.com and we'll ensure that the missing part/s are swiftly dispatched.
If you do need to contact us please include the following information in your message:
- The part number and description as found in the back of the manual
- Your name and address
- Proof of purchase
- Serial number (this is located on the rear stabiliser of the elliptical)
- Your preferred method of communication and any relevant contact numbers
